Pho Quyen is one of those longtime local spots that has earned a loyal following over the years. The service is friendly, the prices are very reasonable, and the menu is extensive, with plenty of authentic Vietnamese favorites to choose from. We started with the crispy egg rolls—absolutely delicious. For our entrée, we ordered the House Special Fried Rice, loaded with shrimp, sausage, and chicken. The portion was huge and easily provided enough leftovers for two more meals. They're open seven days a week, making it an easy choice whenever you're craving great Vietnamese food. Amazing! Very great restaurant with friendly staff and a beautiful interior. I came in about 30 mins to closing and they were very welcoming to me and attentive. I couldn’t believe how perfect the pho was, I can’t wait to have it again. Everything was very fresh and tasty. The menu has something for everyone and I’m looking forward to trying more dishes. Best pho in Tampa and one of the best I’ve ever had.

Overall experience was very good, waiter was very nice. Food was fresh the only thing was there was a very particular smell with certain foods overall though it was Gigis. Their Thai Tea is amazing and we loved the Pho soups. Egg rolls also very good.

Worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. Ordered food for my toddler daughter specifically said no sauce when it came had sauce on it and she didn’t even take one bite — it was that bad. When I asked for a refund, the manager refused and acted completely unprofessional. Instead of handling it like a normal business, he escalated the situation and actually called the police over a simple refund request. That tells you everything you need to know about how they treat customers. No accountability, no respect, and no effort to make things right. I left without paying for that meal, and honestly, I don’t regret it after how it was handled. Not to mention the place is filthy disgusting! Save your time and money — there are way better places that actually care about their customers.

I was happy overall with my dining experience here. The dishes were flavorful and they charge a fair price for all the menu items here. Nice quality and selection with a fair amount of regional Vietnamese dishes from which to choose. I ordered the Pho Combination which was outstanding and very filling. I really enjoyed how the pho here is filled with a generous variety of meats such as tripe, beef tendon, steak, and Vietnamese style meatballs. I also ordered the fresh spring rolls. I liked the spring rolls themselves but I didn’t care for the peanut sauce that they were paired with. I also ordered the sticky rice for dessert which was pleasing. I enjoyed how the sticky rice was underneath a layer of delicious coconut pudding and then surrounded by a bed of coconut milk. It was a well thought out dessert. I also ordered the grilled beef Com Tom to go which my Wife enjoyed as well. I am very impressed overall with this restaurant. My friend whom I was with also enjoyed his dish!!
